I’ve gotten 2 tattoos and multiple piercings done at Empire! The piercings went smoothly and I was given all of the necessary care information. The first tattoo I got done at Empire was very simple. Regardless, the artist did exactly what I wanted and the price was excellent! The second tattoo I got at Empire was much more complex and I gave the artist a lot more freedom. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB and there is no way I could be happier with it than I already am!
